YOUTH COMPETITIVE

Youth Competitive refers to the age group of U13 to U18 players. Our Youth Competitive teams compete in the Eastern Ontario District Soccer Association (EODSA), under the East Region Soccer League (ERSL), with other Ottawa area clubs.

Players can expect to have two practices per week and play one game per week. Players will also be expected to engage in fitness training once per week (either self-led or coach-led options available). Approximately half of the teams' games are played at home and the remainder are played "away". The amount of travel a team will have to make for a game is dependent on the location of other clubs registering teams in the division. Training will begin as soon as the fields are suitable and safe to play on (usually April) and league play usually begins the last week of May. Regional teams may begin training indoor prior to the spring.
