Franks Soccer Training Academy is open to interested soccer players of all abilities. FSTA brings together children, youth and adults who want to have fun. Players develop their skills while creating opportunities for themselves and becoming more knowledgeable and skillful in playing and loving the beautiful game of soccer.  

 
 

   Training Phases:

  • Off-Season; Skill development across all areas, mastering the execution of drills, speed- strength training, increase foot speed and agility.
  • Pre-Season; Physical training, Conditioning, speed endurance training and Ball Skills.
  • In-Season; Specific player and team skills development in response to team / individual Performance, integrating skills into game performance.
